What does she say no to? What does she do every week every month that gets her towards her goals? Who does she spend time with? Who doesn’t she spend time with? How does she talk to herself? How does she self-care? What does she do when things go awry? What does her home life look like? How does she show up? What is her energy like? What is she doing that you are currently not doing? What is she believing that you currently are not believing? What questions does she ask herself every day? What are the heavy things she doesn’t allow in? What are the light, joyful, exciting things she loves experiencing and moving towards what are her nurturing practices? How does she on herself? How does she honour her purpose? How does she honour her creativity? How does she honour her joy? How does she manage her time? How does she honour her relationships? Align yourself with you, what will happen is that all of these negative things in your life will fall away and you will emerge victorious. Ask, are you stretching yourself. Are you aiming high?
