As a student, teacher and lover of health and well-being, I like to share my knowledge. I want to share with you and inspire you to lead your best life, the life you've been wanting to create. I can help you with that. I have two programmes available at the moment.
1). Wellness Consults - these are a short private 30 to 60 minute session available to those who have a doTERRA account with me (if you don't and you'd like one, head up to the tab "Purchase Oils"). Within this session we discuss and work out your wellness priorities and goals. Remember that the definition of your health encompasses mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. It can include all of the facets of your life; you, your home, your career, your environment. From here we create together a Daily Wellness Plan. This might include things like increased water, quality sleep, exercise, supplements, essential oils, movement. This Daily Wellness Plan will be implemented over 90 days in order to create a strong momentum in your life. To guide you and keep you accountable, I will offer you support in the form of phone calls, emails & a wealth of resources & my knowledge.
2). Personal Yoga Training Programmes - this is for those wanting focus on creating a supernatural lifestyle. This programme runs for 6 sessions, with a 90 day Wellness Plan. It involves the Wellness Consult plus several assessments based on your health and well-being & 5 private one on one yoga classes. Your program identifies your ambitions and needs for improved health and well-being so that you can live the beautiful life you've always wanted. The emphasis of this program is on assessing your needs and ambitions relating to five health based parameters: body composition, muscle strength, muscle endurance, muscle flexibility and cardiovascular function. Also included in your programme are the your needs and ambitions for your emotional, mental and spiritual health and development. The tools for managing the mind are based on meditative awareness. The concept of meditation and the attitude developed by the formal practice of meditation is the basis of multidimensional holistic therapy. Once your information is gathered, together we will devise your own individualised yoga programme. This can include, diet & lifestyle, asana, pranayama, mudra, banda, meditation, relaxation techniques, SWAN technique, Yama & niyama, creativity, willpower, the 'ities,' compassion, one-pointed concentration, japa, chanting, psychic symbol, walking, swimming, jnana yoga, karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, ayurvedic techniques, yogic lifestyle, pujas, havan, yoga nidra, Essential Oils (as Plant Base Medicine)... After the initial assessments, the programme is devised, followed through for the prescribed weeks and an extensive evaluation completes the programme. Support throughout your programme is available via email, a private class a week and telephone support. Please bring along your yoga mat and a light covering for yoga nidra.
