Hello, my name is Katie Hinshelwood. I want to share with you how to create your own joyful life, a super natural lifestyle that optimises your mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health. A rich combination of plant based medicine in the form of Essential Oils, Yoga, Buddhist practices, Culture, recipes, stories and more.
I teach Essential Oil classes and how you can use these Oils to enhance your life, in a way, to fill in the gaps. These Oils will enable you to become a healer in your own home. You will not need to out source your health!
I also facilitate a conscious parenting group called Obaitori. It is an all-embracing collective of women who support each other in 'sharing the struggle' belonging together and not living in 'isolated perfection'.
