Jah (pronounced /ˈdʒɑː/ is the shortened name for God YHWH, and Jehovah most commonly used in the Rastafari movement and the world wide preaching of Jehovah's Witnesses in upwards of 500 languages. It comes from the Hebrew יָהּ = Yah - Jah.

This film clip always makes me feel happy. The children particularly like it - because there are so many lovely, sweet, groovy children in it singing & dancing away with Bob.

Hello, my name is Katie Jane Hinshelwood. Here you will find a little bit of my story; our family’s journey on the spiritual path. I have a deep yearning of understanding & nurturing the spiritual development of the family.I facilitate a spiritual mother's group called Obaitori. It is an all embracing collective of women who support each other in 'sharing the struggle' belonging together and not living in 'isolated perfection'.

I hope to share a ray of yogic light on spiritual mothering & caretaking of children. I am also a learner and earnestly seek your opinion and want to ask what works for you?

I live with my two children, partner Dazla & our cat, Yogi.

I am an aspirant, searching deep within, to uncover true peace, Love & joy. I'm also known as Yogachakra, my spiritual name, given by my blessed sri guru Swami Niranjan Saraswati.
