Welcome

Hello, my name is Katie Jane Hinshelwood. My spiritual name, given by my guru Swami Niranjan, is Yogachakra. Here you will find a little bit of my story; our family’s journey on the spiritual path. I hope to share with you a ray of yogic light on spiritual mothering & caretaking of children. I live life with my two children, partner Dazla & our cat, Yogi. I am an aspirant, searching deep within, to uncover true peace, Love & joy. I have a deep yearning of understanding & nurturing the spiritual development of the family.

Inspiration

Be soft in your practice. Think of the method as a fine silvery stream, not a raging waterfall. Follow the stream, have faith in its course. It will go its own way, meandering here, trickling there. It will find the grooves, the cracks, the crevices. Just follow it. Never let it out of your sight. It will take you. ~ Sheng-yen ~
